Cancellation Policy

Conditions applicable to cancellation and modification of bookings made directly with OesteGest. Bookings made through external platforms follow the policies of those platforms.

Free cancellation

Up to 30 days before check-in date, cancellation is free with full refund.

Partial cancellation

Between 29 and 14 days before check-in, 50% of the amount paid is refunded. Between 13 and 7 days, 25%.

No refund

Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, no-shows or early check-outs are not eligible for refund.

Date changes

Date changes are subject to availability and may involve a rate difference. They must be requested at least 14 days in advance.

Force majeure

In proven force majeure situations, OesteGest will analyse each case and may issue credit or refund as appropriate.
