Booking Policy

Rules applicable to direct bookings made on the site oestegest.pt.

Booking request

Each booking request is recorded as pending and subject to confirmation after validation of availability and payment.

Payment is made by bank transfer to the IBAN provided in the instructions sent after the request. The payment deadline is indicated in that email.

The booking moves to confirmed status once our team validates receipt of the payment proof. The dates are then blocked in the calendar.

A security deposit may be required, refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or additional cost attributable to the guest.

Standard times are check-in from 4 pm and check-out by 11 am. Alternative times may be arranged subject to availability.

The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum capacity stated for each property. Unauthorised excess may result in cancellation without refund.

The house rules published in each property listing apply, including restrictions on parties, smoking and pets.
