General conditions for use of the site oestegest.pt and the services provided by OesteGest.

1. Identification

OesteGest (Alexandra Ramos Unipessoal, Lda), with registered office at Rua Ildo H. da Silva Marques, Loja 7, 2530-320 Lourinhã, reachable at geral@oestegest.pt or +351 914 960 100.

2. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the site oestegest.pt, as well as the provision of short-term rental management, cleaning, laundry, maintenance and administrative support services.

3. Bookings

Bookings made through the site are subject to confirmation and availability. The contract is deemed concluded after written confirmation by OesteGest.

4. Payments

Prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force. Payment is processed in accordance with the specific conditions of each service or booking.

5. Liability

OesteGest is committed to providing quality services. We are not liable for damages resulting from force majeure or improper use of the facilities.

6. Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be settled by the court of Torres Vedras, with express waiver of any other.
