Short-term rental management
From 15% on the net booking value, with onboarding, listing optimisation and 24/7 support included.
Turnover cleaning
From €35 for studio/1-bed · €45 for 2-bed · €60 for 3-bed. Includes linen change and amenity restocking.
Laundry
From €1.5/kg or monthly package per property on request.
Maintenance
Small repairs on retainer or one-off. Gardens and pools on monthly contract.
Professional photo session
One-off session from €150 per property, with rights of use assigned.
Administrative support and citizen services
Monthly retainer or per intervention. Proposal on request.
VAT
VAT at the legal rate in force is added to the prices shown.
